Exposure service from DIMATRON - whether for screen printing, pad printing or for PCB exposure

Thanks to our stencil production we have our own prepress department with several imagesetters and developers. Thanks to these possibilities, we offer a first-class exposure service. The reprofilms we exposere in the classic way cannot be compared with simple inkjet or laser prints on film. We expose your print data to high quality AGFA Reprofilm. Our films have a first-class density (blackness), black is black – there is no transparency in the black areas.

Our films are durable, high-resolution and sharp (2400dpi) and absolutely true to size. This quality persists for decades without loss – perfect for long-term archiving.

The daily production of reprofilms for our marking stencils puts us in the position that we can offer an express service for reprofilms. Orders placed before 3 p.m. can be dispatched the same day. Pick-up is also possible a few hours after receipt of the order.

It is best to send us a PDF file optimized for printing, an EPS or CorelDraw file as a template. We can process many more file formats. We would be happy to check your data for compatibility.

In order to give you the best possible impression of your planned print, you can request a free proof before production. Should smaller corrective measures have to be taken before exposure, we will also do this to a certain extent free of charge.

We expose your films from a size of DIN A6.

Save money by setting multiple impressions on a larger format. Very individual dimensions are also possible, just ask us and we will be happy to make you an offer for your desired format.
